CAA Chuck-a-Puck Supports the Belleville Community

The Senators continue to run CAA Chuck-a-Puck activations at select home games this season, giving community teams, organizations and charities a chance to raise some money and be involved in the game day fun. Last season, the CAA Chuck-a-Puck program helped 12 local organizations raise $37,007.10 for their own unique causes! If you are a local organization in the Belleville area, you can join our waitlist now to run a CAA Chuck-a-Puck for the next 2024-25 hockey season. Or if you attend a CAA Chuck-a-Puck game this season, you can show your support by purchasing a puck to chuck on the ice for a good cause!

Upcoming Chuck-a-Puck Dates:

  • February 10th vs. Utica Comets (Women in Hockey Night)
  • March 2nd vs. Rochester Americans (Pride Night)
  • March 23rd vs. Laval Rockets (Community Heroes Night)
  • April 6th vs. Syracuse Crunch (Country Night)

Pucks can be purchased upon entering the arena before the game, or by visiting the Chuck-a-Puck booth located beside Section 107 before the 2nd intermission.

Here’s how it works:

1. Apply!

Fill out the form and tell us who you are, why your team, organization or charity deserve to be a part of the program and how you plan to make use of the fundraising money you earn. The application closes when all dates are full and those who don’t get a date will be put on the waitlist.

NOTE: the CAA Chuck-a-Puck program is full for the 2023-24 season. Interested groups can still apply and will be placed on a waitlist for the 2024-25 season or will be contacted in case one of the currently approved groups this season is unable to fulfill their commitment.

2. Chuck!

Once selected, your group will be assigned a date and provided with a toolkit to sell ticket and puck packages leading into your game.
A little homework first. Each team is responsible for selling a minimum of 100 ticket and puck packages prior to their respective game. This gives you a head start on your fundraising. On the day of the game, you will be provided with the resources you need to sell the rest of your pucks and raise as much money as possible! You will also have a dedicated booth space within CAA Arena to set up and tell us more about your cause. Come dressed up and ready to hustle! Fans who purchase the pucks will be counted down to throw their pucks on the ice during the 2nd intermission for their chance to win 1 of 3 CAA prize packs including four CAA Suite tickets to a future Belleville Senators game including bottomless popcorn and soft drinks). 
BONUS: teams who sell at least 1,000 pucks will be awarded a cheque for $1,000 from CAA on their Chuck-a-Puck game day.

3. Earn!
